Who is this programme for?
The Board Digital Leadership Certificate is designed for non-executive directors and board members who want to govern AI, cyber risk, data and digital transformation with greater confidence and authority. It is equally suited to senior professionals preparing for their first NED or board role, and to technology or digital experts on boards who want to reframe their expertise at governance level. No technical background is required.
How long does it take to complete?
Allow approximately five hours for the self-study modules, which can be completed at your own pace, but prior to the live workshops, with six months’ access. There are two live online sessions: a three-hour workshop and a one-hour session on AI tools for non-executive directors. Two months after the sessions, your cohort reconvenes for a one-hour graduate session included in the programme fee.
