This short, online session will be led by experienced board members who currently serve in Board Chair, NED and NomCo positions.

With the requirements and processes of effective boards undergoing evolution in recent years, this session will also benefit current NEDs as you look to expand your portfolio.

Panel speakers:

• Catherine Lynch has been an Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees at Staffline plc for over 3 years.  She has served as a C-Suite Executive and has significant Board experience in 6 companies from FTSE 100 and 250, to Private Equity, across a range of sectors including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail & Manufacturing. Catherine is an authentic Global Leader, who champions Inclusion and develops high performing cultures. In her first term at Staffline plc she has played a key part on a Board that has delivered a full transformation and turnaround from a loss into profitability.She has overseen extensive board level succession management and recruitment, including for the roles of NED, Chair, CEO and  CFO.
• Christopher de Mattos will share his perspectives from boards of smaller, scaling businesses, including in financial services and green technology.
• Rachael Hoey is a seasoned Executive, Non-Executive Director, Board Chair and Trustee, in the commercial and charity sectors. In her current board roles she has recently been involved in the process of recruiting two new charity trustees. More generally, Rachael has a passion for working collaboratively across borders and cultures to build strategies and businesses across a range of growth stages, ranging from driving sources of new revenue in mature sectors, new product collaborations to drive new revenues and start-up development and scale up strategies. She has navigated several industries and markets globally including professional services, FMCG, travel, payments, securities services, the FX market and data.
