Hybrid: Fireside Chat with Sir James Wates – Governance, a Blessing or Curse?

Free – £100This event, taking place in London and online, will be an intimate NED discussion with Sir James Wates CBE, Chair of the Wates Principles for Large Private Companies, as well as Chair of the Institute for Family Business and Chair of Vestey Holdings Ltd.
Sir James will be sharing his perspectives and experiences as a board chair with regards to ‘Governance, a blessing or a curse’, and how to approach governance to best add value to your organisation.
“Governance, when done right, adds value to an organisation. Approached poorly, or without balance, an organisation might suffer. I will be sharing my perspectives on June 25th with fellow NEDonBoard members.”
The discussion will be particularly relevant to board members serving mid-large private businesses.
