This event, taking place in London and online, provides the opportunity to hear directly from the lawyers representing the non-executive directors of Carillion, learnings applicable to non-executive directors of all organisations. Sharing a real-life example, insights are real and practical, and serve as a good lesson for non-executive directors to get the fundamentals right – both for the organisations you serve, as well as for your own protection as non-executive director.
