Shaping the Future — Ethical AI for Board Leaders
March 24 | 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm
£50Artificial intelligence is transforming how organisations operate, compete, and deliver value.
For boards, the challenge is no longer whether to adopt AI, but how to do so responsibly — ensuring innovation is balanced with ethical governance, transparency, and trust.
In this NED Insights session, we will explore how boards can effectively oversee AI strategy, risk, and opportunity with attention to AI ethical risks including:
- data privacy (autonomy)
- bias & discrimination
- impact on the environment
- effective risk management in practice (committees)
- what questions NEDs should be raising in the boardroom
